The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited
('Princess' or 'Company') has on 12 May 2010 passed the resolution to hold
the Annual General Meeting on 16 June 2010 dealing with the restructuring
of Princess. At the shareholders meeting the Board of Directors proposed
the conversion of Princess into an open-ended investment company with
effect from 13 December 2010 allowing the redemption of the shares in
Princess subject to additional requirements. Furthermore, it was intended
to apply for the cancellation of admission to trading on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange with effect from 22 September 2010 and for the cancellation
of admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 16
December 2010. Princess' shares should, with effect from 16 December 2010,
be admitted to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange in Dublin, however, it
was not expected that an active secondary market for Princess' shares will
develop on this stock exchange (see the ad-hoc announcement as of 14 May
2010).

The Annual General Meeting has today rejected these proposals of the
Directors.
