TDC A/S announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Sunrise Communications S.A.
has appointed Oliver Steil as new CEO of the company with effect as of today.
Oliver Steil, aged 38, holds a degree in electrical engineering. Oliver Steil
is a former Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of debitel AG (2006-2008). After
leaving debitel he has been a Partner in the telecommunications sector of
McKinsey & Co. He has also worked for McKinsey & Co during 1998-2006 (appointed
Partner in McKinsey & Co in 2004) before joining debitel.
The former CEO of Sunrise Communications S.A., Christoph Brand, has left the
company to become the CEO and investor in the Swiss IT company Adcubum AG.
