Comptel and Telenor Norway have agreed on an arrangement concerning customer specific IT solutions and OSS products

Comptel Communications AS, a fully owned subsidiary of Comptel Corporation, and
Telenor Norway have concluded a contract, according to which the maintenance of
Telenor Norway's customer specific IT systems will be removed from Comptel. As
part of the arrangement, 16 employees will be transferred from Comptel to
Telenor, and Comptel will close its offices in Bergen, Bodö and Lillehammer.

The agreement is part of Telenor Norway's wider arrangement to concentrate the
maintenance of its information systems for two global system integrators. The
maintenance of customer specific IT solutions is not Comptel's core business
which is focused on providing OSS (Operations Support System) products.

At the same time, Comptel Corporation and Telenor Norway have concluded a five
year long agreement on the maintenance and license upgrades of Comptel's major
OSS products (Network Inventory, Provisioning and Activation, Convergent
Mediation) for Telenor Norway. This agreement will strengthen Comptel's role as
the strategic OSS partner of Telenor Norway.

The Telenor arrangement will not have a significant impact on Comptel's net
sales this year. In 2011, the arrangement will decrease Comptel's net sales by
approximately EUR 3 million. Its impact on Comptel's operating result will be
slightly positive in 2010 and slightly negative in 2011.
