The present transaction between Vesterhavet Holding A/S and A.P. Møller-Mærsk
A/S is entered into in relation to the acquisition by DFDS A/S of Norfolkline
as referred to in company announcement 24/2009. The transaction is furthermore
described in the prospectus dated 18 June 2010.
