On June 18, 2010, Knoesel & Ronge GmbH, 97070 Würzburg, Germany has
informed us according to § 21 (1) sentence 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on IBS AG excellence, collaboration, manufacturing,
Hoehr-Grenzhausen, Germany, ISIN DE0006228406, WKN 622840, have exceeded
the 3 % and 5% limit of the voting rights an June 18, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 5,85 % (402424 voting rights).

According to § 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG, 5,81 % of the voting rights
(400124 voting rights) and according to § 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 6,  § 22
(1), sentence 2 WpHG, § 22 (4) WpHG are to be attributed to the company
from Knoesel & Ronge Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

After shareholders'meeting (June 25, 2010) the attribution of 5,81% of the
voting rights mentioned above is no longer applicable and the voting rights
will amount to 0,03% (2300 voting rights).
