Integral Systems Announces Acceptance of GeoMon Spectrum Supervision System for the Regulatory Agency of Ukraine

New System Provides Enhanced Signal Interference Detection, Analysis and Geolocation Capabilities

COLUMBIA, Md., June 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISYS) announced today that its European subsidiary, Integral Systems Europe (ISE), has completed the first installation of its GeoMon regulatory solution, an integrated package of satellite spectrum monitoring and geolocation system, for the Ukrainian State Centre of Radio-Frequencies (UCRF) and obtained official site acceptance. This project was delivered in cooperation with ARD-Telecom, a leading engineering and integration company for broadcast, wireless and Satcom solutions in Ukraine.

The contract called for the integration and installation of Integral Systems' Monics (Carrier Monitoring), Compass (Network Management) and satID (Geolocation) products with customized operational sequences in the main UCRF monitoring facility. The system monitors carrier signals from satellites received on the Ukrainian territory in C- and Ku-bands and provides signal characterization and Geolocation capabilities. The GeoMon product is particularly suited for Regulators and Government agencies to police the usage of satellite frequency spectrums.

"Integral Systems' integrated solution proved to be the best option for the UCRF agency," said Tayisiya Kryvushkina, Director of ARD-Telecom. "They offered a high value and flexible product that had an easy and seamless integration into the agency's existing procedures as well as the capability to expand, as needed, into future requirements of the agency."

"Integral Systems is pleased to have partnered with ARD Telecom to propose a World class solution for the Regulator of Ukraine," said Bruno Dupas, President of Integral Systems Europe. "Thanks to our GeoMon solution, which is the perfect add-on to our SigMon terrestrial monitoring solution for regulators, UCRF is now able to have a clear oversight and control of the satellite transmissions in their territory."

Monics is a product of SAT Corporation, Compass is a product of Newpoint Technologies and satID a product of RT-Logic, all wholly owned subsidiaries of Integral Systems, Inc. For more information on all of Integral Systems' solutions, please go to www.integ.com.
