Issuing of floating-rate bonds

On 25 June 2010 The BANK of Greenland will issue new senior capital in the form
of DKK-denominated floating-rate bonds, which The BANK of Greenland has the
option of redeeming early. The issue will have a nominal value of DKK
300,000,000.
