Cramo Plc Investor News 24 June 2010, at 2.45 pm Finnish time (GMT+2) Cramo has signed an outsourcing agreement with Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi Cramo Finland Oy, wholly owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, and Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi have signed an agreement whereby all Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi's equipment fleet and depots in Turku and Tampere have been sold to Cramo. According to the agreement, Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Keski- ja Lounais-Suomi will in the future rent all the required equipment fleet in central and south-western Finland from Cramo. The agreement has been signed for five years. The business operations consist of ten employees who will continue their employment as old employees at Cramo. “The new agreement is a continuation to the agreement signed earlier this year with the Lemminkäinen Group, whereby Cramo acquired the entire construction machine fleet of Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomi and signed a similar agreement. The close co-operation with the constructors has helped us to develop our services and our machine fleet reserve to correspond even better to our customers' needs.
