Publication according to section 26 para 1 WpHG

1. On 24 June 2010, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London (UK),
has notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting rights
in Asian Bamboo AG has fallen below the threshold 3% of the voting rights
on 21 June 2010 and amounts to 2.55 % as of that date (392,451 voting
rights).

 Thereof, 2.30 % (354,584 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section
22 subsection 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Further 0.25% (37,867 voting rights)
are attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG.

2. On 24 June 2010 J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc, New York (USA),
has notified us pursuant to section § 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting rights
in Asian Bamboo AG have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on 21 June 2010
and amounts to 2.55 % as of that date (392,451 voting rights).

 Thereof 0.25% (37,867 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
subsection 1 sentence 1 no 6 WpHG and further 2,30 % (354,584 voting
rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG.
