Annual report notification for the financial year 1 May 2009 - 30 April 2010

The result before taxation amounts to 12.4 DKK million against 26.8 DKK million
last year - a fall of 14.4 DKK million.

The result is a little better than expected at the beginning of the year.

The fall in earnings compared to last year is primarily caused by the
continuing fall in activities within the building industry in Europe, due to
the financial crisis. 

For the accounting year 2010/11 we expect a turnover of 700-800 DKK million and
a result before taxation between 10 and 20 DKK million.
