This is the first of six planned webinars sponsored by Covisint and hosted by eHealth Initiative (eHI). eHI is an independent organization driving improvement in the quality, safety and efficiency of care through IT.

The first free, health information technology (HIT) webinar will offer step-by-step guidance on:

  • various healthcare organizations' involvement in advancing Michigan's HIT;
  • Michigan's position in leveraging HITECH funding;
  • advancements in connecting the entire care delivery system through a "single technology platform;" and,
  • leveraging HIT assets and initiatives.

Moderating the webinar will be Covisint's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Tom Stevenson.
