Following the new issue of 32,638,836 new shares with preferential rights for
shareholders, as approved by the extraordinary general meeting on April 12,
2010, the number of shares in Micronic Mydata AB (publ) is now 97,916,509. The
share capital thus amounts to SEK 97,916,509 and the number of votes to
97,916,509.
