TIIMARI GROUP'S NET SALES IN JUNE 2010 (preliminary)
Tiimari Group June sales for active markets were EUR 4.3 million (4.3) and
remained at last year's levels. The development of Tiimari segment's previous
year
June sales were affected especially by the aggressive discounted sales held in
Finland to reduce inventory levels and eradicate stock keeping units. The
Gallerix
sales in Sweden grew mainly due to the strengthening of the Swedish krona.
The accumulated comparable sales for the active markets are +2% compared to last
year - in Finland the growth is 1% and in Sweden the growth is at Finland levels
in local currency measures, but the euro denominated growth was +12%.
The figures for the segments and geographical markets have been made comparable
by moving the markets where the Company has withdrawn from or is withdrawing
from (Tiimari Sweden, Russia, Norway and Poland as well as Gallerix Finland) to
be presented separately.
