1. ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG, Cologne, Germany, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Germany, ISIN: DE00077788408, WKN: 778840, fell below
the threshold of 10% and amounted to 9.70% (1,686,636 voting rights) as of
June 16, 2010.

2.  Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius Zentral (GbR), Cologne,
Germany, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its
percentage of voting rights in ALNO AG, Pfullendorf, Germany, ISIN:
DE00077788408, WKN: 778840, fell below the threshold of 10% and amounted to
9.70% (1,686,636 voting rights) as of June 16, 2010.

Of these voting rights, 9.70% (1,686,636 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius Zentral (GbR)
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following company that is
controlled by Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius Zentral (GbR) and
whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in ALNO AG:
- ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG
