the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 17, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to 421194 Voting Rights).
