SUPPLEMENT TO THE DISCLOSURE UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES      
MARKET ACT RELEASED ON JULY 8, 2010                                             

GeoSentric Oyj has on July 8, 2010 disclosed a change in holdings under chapter 
2, section 9 of the Securities Market Act. The Stock Exchange Release is        
supplemented with the following:                                                

Bramall's holdings are held together by Bramall and by separate entities        
controlled by Bramall, and whereas the above holdings increase represents       
Bramall's total holdings, Bramall's direct holdings could, as a result of       
conversion of the Convertible Notes into GeoSentric shares increase to at       
maximum 138,812,498 shares, equaling 7.15 % of the outstanding shares and votes 
after the conversion, presuming that other issued option rights, special rights 
or convertible loan notes would not be used for share subscription, thus        
exceeding the threshold of 1/20. Bramall's direct holdings are included in the  
share and vote amounts of Bramall stated before.
