informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 08, 2010  and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this
corresponds to 1575742 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of
