On 15 July 2010 Spar Nord Bank issues 3-year floating rate notes for nominal
2.5 billion DKK cf. enclosed information.
Maturity on the notes will be 15 July 2013 unless repayment is made before this
date.
The issuance is made under Spar Nord Bank's individual line for state
guaranteed notes cf. agreement with Finansiel Stabilitet A/S.
The notes, in advance sold to institutional investors, will be listed on Nasdaq
OMX under ISIN code DK0030257993.
