On July 15, 2010, Kabouter Management LLC, Chicago, USA, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and
amounted to 5.102% (210,470 voting rights) as of July 9, 2010.
Of these voting rights, 5.102% (210,470 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Kabouter Management LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% or more in KROMI
Logistik AG are to be attributed to Kabouter Management LLC:
- Kabouter Fund II LLC
