Mr. Corbett has spent the last 25 years on Wall Street. Bill is a veteran investment banker who started his career at Bear Stearns in 1985. He soon became Associate Director and Manager for the Retail Sales force in San Francisco. Bill has also held Managing Director positions for Paine Webber and Lehman Brothers. As the Founder and CEO of a boutique Investment Banking firm in San Francisco for over ten years, Mr. Corbett successfully built it into one of the leading private placement firms in the country. He has completed over two billion dollars in banking transactions in Private Placements; PIPES and Reverse Mergers.
