"For the quarter ended March 31, 2010, the Company reported production of 5.0 billion cubic feet equivalents ("Bcfe"), a decrease of 20% when compared with the first quarter of 2009. The production decrease was mostly related to expected production declines in the Rockies that have not been offset by additional drilling.
"DPTR recently announced that it has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) with Wapiti Oil & Gas, L.L.C. (Wapiti) to sell various non-core assets for $130 million. The parties expect to consummate the transaction in August."
