corrections to their filings pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG dated 26 April
2007, 20 September 2007, 12 October 2007, 23 October 2007, 6 February 2008,
8 February 2008, 20 February 2009, 3 March 2009, 4 June 2009, 26 June 2009,
30 June 2009 and 7 May 2010. Based on these corrections, we correct our
corresponding publications dated 2 May 2007, 25 September 2007, 17 October
2007, 29 October 2007, 11 February 2008, 24 February 2009, 5 March 2009, 8
June 2009, 30 June 2009 and 11 May 2010 as follows:

(1) Correction to our publication pursuant to article 26 section 1 WpHG,
dated 2 May 2007:
Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA notified us on 26 July 2010 in
a correction to their filing dated 26 April 2007 pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following: On 12 April 2007 Ameriprise Financial, Inc. exceeded
the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Ameriprise Financial,
Inc. held 5.01% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (2,598,050 voting
rights). These voting rights are attributed to Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. From these voting rights, 0.09% (46,504 voting rights) are attributed
to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. also  pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.

dated 25 September 2007:
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, Minneapolis, USA notified
us on 26 July 2010 in a correction to their filing dated 20 September 2007
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following: On 13 April 2007
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited exceeded the threshold of 5
% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Threadneedle Asset Management
Holdings Limited held 5.09% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
(2,636,568 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. From these voting
rights, 0.09% (46,504 voting rights) are attributed to Threadneedle Asset

notified us on 26 July 2010 in a correction to their filing dated 12
October 2007 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following: On 10
October 2007 Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited fell below the
threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Threadneedle Asset

a correction to their filing dated 23 October 2007 pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG of the following: On 19 October 2007 Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Ameriprise
Financial, Inc. held 4.985% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
(5,168,694 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to Ameriprise
Financial, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. From these voting rights, 0.08% AG (84,383

(1) WpHG of the following: On 4 February 2008 Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Ameriprise
Financial, Inc. held 5.075% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG

threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,
