share capital and votes per 30 july 2010
In accordance with Section 6 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers Disclosure
Obligations it is required to inform of the total number of voting rights and
the total share capital at the end of a month where changes have occurred.
After completion on 12 July 2010 of a rights issue and a directed issue the
table below shows the number of voting rights and the total share capital of
DFDS A/S as per 30 July 2010.
