On July 29, 2010 , Mr Jörg Steuer, Deutschland  has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
MISTRAL Media AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007241440, WKN: 724144, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% limit of the Voting Rights on
July 23, 2010  and on that day amounted to 27.2864% (this corresponds to
2058455 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.6860%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 278000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuer from Harms, Holger  .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 10.6072%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 800000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuer from HSBC Trinkhaus (International) S Luxemburg  .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.3333%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 251400 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuer from Schubert, Marc  .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.3259%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 100000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuer from Rutsch, Mathias  .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.0265%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuer from Agranovski, Boris  .
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 8.3075%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 626555 Voting Rights) is to be
