AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as - Krājbanka) has terminated its participation in the joint-stock company “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Krājfondi””, registration no. 40003605043, and in the joint-stock company “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Asset Management””, registration no.40003818124, by selling all of the afore mentioned companies' shares owned by Krājbanka to the company AB “Finasta Holding”. It was already notified that in April 2010 Krājbanka concluded the contract with the company AB “Finasta Holding” on sale of the Krājbanka's shares in AS “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Krājfondi”” and AS “Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība “LKB Asset Management””. The contract was concluded within implementation of the strategy, developed by Snoras financial group, which foresees that the company AB “Finasta Holding” shall ensure management of all investment assets of the group Snoras (which also owns Krājbanka), thus optimizing development of the investment services offered on the market of Latvia and Lithuania.
