Regarding JSC „Parex banka” NASDAQ OMX Tallinn member status transfer to JSC „Citadele banka” as of August 2, 2010

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia
(Government) on the restructuring of JSC „Parex banka” on March 23, 2010, the
NASDAQ OMX Tallinn membership of JSC „Parex banka” will be transferred to JSC
„Citadele banka” as of August 2, 2010. The new name of the member will be JSC
„Citadele banka” and its market participant id will be CTD. All the rights and
liabilities of the JSC „Parex banka” related to the JSC „Parex banka”
membership in the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn, including obligation to ensure necessary
amount of financial instruments and cash for settlement of the automatch trades
executed on NASDAQ OMX Tallinn market on July 28, 29 and 30, 2010, will be
tranfered to the JSC „Citadele banka”. JSC „Citadele banka” will also overtake
the Estonian Central Depository participant - holder status of finacial
instruments accounts of JSC „Parex banka” keeping all financial instrument
accounts with their current and historical information unchanged.
