Regarding JSC „Parex banka” NASDAQ OMX Riga member status transfer to JSC „Citadele banka” as of August 2, 2010

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia 
(Government) on the restructuring of JSC „Parex banka” on March 23, 2010 and    
taking into account the Agreement between JSC „Parex banka” and JSC „Citadele   
banka” concluded on July 28, 2010, the NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board decided 
to ensure transfer of the membership of JSC „Parex banka” to JSC „Citadele      
banka” as of August 2, 2010. The new name of the member is JSC „Citadele banka” 
and its market participant id is CTD. All the rights and liabilities of the JSC 
„Parex banka” related to the JSC „Parex banka” membership in the NASDAQ OMX     
Riga, including obligation to ensure necessary amount of financial instruments  
and cash for settlement of the automatch trades executed on NASDAQ OMX Riga     
market on July 28, 29 and 30, 2010, have been tranfered to the JSC „Citadele    
banka”. JSC „Citadele banka” will also overtake the Latvian Central Depository  
participant - holder status of finacial instruments accounts of JSC „Parex      
banka” keeping all financial instrument accounts with their current and         
historical information unchanged.
