notified us on 26 July 2010 in a correction to their filing dated 4 June
2009 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following: On 29 May 2009
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL exceeded the threshold of 3 %
of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Threadneedle Asset Management
Holdings Limited held 4.88% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
(5,055,470 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. From these voting
rights, 0.07% (68,376 voting rights) are attributed to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings SARL also pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1.
