Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. and Its Bolivian Subsidiary Raptor Ventures, SLR Granted Commercialization License by Bolivian Authorities

Planet Resource Recovery, Now Able to Import and Export Products and Raw Materials Including Oil and Gas In and Out of Bolivia

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - August 3, 2010) -  Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRRY) is pleased to announce that the company's Bolivian subsidiary, Raptor Ventures, SLR's corporate charter has been ratified by Bolivian authorities. The ratification of the company's corporate charter grants the company the commercial license to commence mining operations. Commercial operations are slated to commence before mid-August 2010.

Included in the corporate charter granted by Bolivian Authorities, Raptor has the right to import and export products and raw materials including oil and gas in and out of Bolivia. This opens the door for Raptor Ventures to export its antimony and other raw material production from its mining operations to the international marketplace. Raptor will additionally commence the importation of PetroLuxus™ and other Oil & Gas related products for entry into the Bolivian oil and gas Industry.

Planet Resource CEO, Kurt Neubauer, in a statement said, "The import-export license is very important because they are very hard to procure -- they are not easily obtainable -- and with this import-export license, we have the right, to not only export our antimony production, but also gas and oil products. We have already been contacted by other companies that want to work with us to export products out of Bolivia. We expect our antimony mine operations to be up and running within the next seven to ten days. I will update you with the opening of the operational mine."
