D. Medical Industries Announces Pricing of U.S. Initial Public Offering


IRAT CARMEL, ISRAEL--(Aug. 5, 2010) - D. Medical Industries Ltd., (NASDAQ:DMED)(TASE:DMDC) a medical device company engaged through its subsidiaries in the research, development, manufacture and sale of innovative products for diabetes treatment and drug delivery, announced today the initial public offering in the United States of 1,500,906 of its ordinary shares at a price of US$7.00 per share. Prior to the initial public offering in the United States, the Company's ordinary shares were listed only in Israel on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, or the TASE, under the symbol "DMDC". The Company's ordinary shares are now also expected to begin trading today, August 5, 2010, on The NASDAQ Capital Market under the trading symbol "DMED".

D. Medical has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 225,136 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
