Anders Gärdström has decided to resign from his position as CED for the group's
Swedish subsidiary Solar Sverige AB and will retire as of today.
It is with great satisfaction that we announce that our long-time CED in Solar
Sverige AB, Kjell Svensson, has agreed to take on the role as temporarily
appointed CED, until a new CED can take up the position. Since Kjell Svensson
left Solar Sverige AB he has been affiliated with the group as Senior Advisor
and, among other things, he was an active participant in the establishment of
the group's new strategy for the period 2010-15.
