Novavisions AG - Results for the first half-year 2010 

Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 13 August 2010 - Novavisions AG with positive
result for the 2nd quarter.

In the 2nd quarter 2010 a net result of EUR 64 thousand (prior year's
period: EUR 225 thousand) or EUR 0,003 (prior year's period: EUR 0,009) per
GDR was achieved. The net result for the first half year was EUR 39
thousand (prior year's period: EUR -3 thousand).

The slightly positive result for the first half year is due to reduced
costs and non cash-related exchange rate differences. The portfolio
companies develop continuously well.

Novavisions AG's focus is the creation of added value to its shareholders
by consistently working on its current portfolio as well as selective
investments. The current core investments are www.novastor.com,
www.petshop.de, www.multicom.fi and www.zfk-ag.ch. For all companies
positive results can be expected for 2010.
