Raimo Ülavere to become the new editor-in-chief of Delfi Estonia, replacing Urmo Soonvald who has been appointed to oversee content development in Delfi Group

The Supervisory Board of SIA Delfi Holding has appointed Mr Urmo Soonvald, the
former editor-in -chief of Delfi Estonia, as a new member of the Management
Board, effective from 16 August 2010.The Supervisory Board of AS Delfi has
appointed Mr Raimo Ülavere as the new editor-in-chief of Delfi Estonia as well
as a member of the Management Board. 

Urmo Soonvald's new responsibilities in Delfi Group will be to oversee content
development in the entire group; to consolidate and develop journalistic
competence in different countries; and to coordinate journalistic cooperation. 

Before his appointment as the new editor-in-chief of Delfi Estonia, Raimo
Ülavere fulfilled various positions, including deputy  editor-in-chief, at the
“Äripäev” newspaper (1993 - 2007), followed by a short stint as the deputy
editor-in-chief of the “Postimees” newspaper. From 2008 to 2009, Ülavere worked
as a consultant for OÜ Vain & Partnerid. Since 2009, Ülavere was the chairman
of OÜ Mindsweeper as well as a management and leadership coach. Raimo Ülavere's
mission will be to secure and continue the develompment of Delfi as the
leading online news channel in Estonia. 

Urmo Soonvald and Raimo Ülavere do not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
