The Board of Directors of Icelandair Group hf. has decided to call a Shareholders Meeting on 15 September 2010 at 4 pm. In accordance with Article 5 of the Articles of Association of the company the election of Board Members and Alternate Board Members will be on the agenda and the Board Members declare that their term shall therefore end. The agenda will also include the item any other business.
