On August 18, 2010 the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA acquired 133 065
125 ordinary registered shares of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ,
which comprises 91.27% of all shares of the joint-stock company  LIETUVOS
ELEKTRINĖ. With these shares of LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ Visagino Atominė Elektrinė
UAB paid the increased authorized capital of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS
ENERGIJA.
