LadyBug Resource Group to Spin-Off to Shareholders New Solar Electricity Corporation

KIRKLAND, Wash., Aug. 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LadyBug Resource Group Inc. (OTCBB:LBRG) announced today the spin-off of New Solar Electricity Corporation to the shareholders of record as of October 4, 2010. Shareholders will receive one share of New Solar Electricity Corporation for every ten shares of LadyBug Resource Group, Inc.

New Solar is developing a cutting-edge solar concentrator called "Solar Tracer" which will use concentrating solar power technology to capture energy from the sun and transfer it in the form of heat to run steam turbine generators. Eugene Augustin is leading the technology development team, and is considered one of the world's foremost experts in the design of Microwave Antennas, components and satellite systems.
