NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of August 27, 2010 to suspend the trading with AS “Latvijas Tilti” shares (LTT1R) until the disclosure of price sensitive information. Publication in the news agency BNS state that AS „Latvijas Tilti” has signed an agreement the port of Klaipeda for the contstruction of the passenger and freight ferries terminal.
