SinterCast Warrants Exercise Period Commences Today


  * SinterCast warrants to be exercised during the period 1 September - 30
    September 2010
  * Trading in warrants on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will continue until 27 September
    2010

[Stockholm,  1 September 2010] - During September 2009, SinterCast carried out a
successful  pre-emptive rights  issue of  Units. Those  who subscribed  to units
received  shares  and  warrants  of  series  2009/2010. The  exercise period for
subscription of shares commences today, 1 September 2010.

Every two warrants entitle the holder to subscribe to one share at SEK 25 during
the period 1-30 September 2010. A total of 925,483 warrants of series 2009/2010
were issued, providing the opportunity for the subscription of 462,741 new
shares. Trading in warrants on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will proceed until 27
September 2010, after which the warrants will be delisted.

Full exercise of the warrants in September 2010 will result in an additional
cash injection of SEK 11.6 million, prior to transaction costs. As of today,
6,478,383 shares are issued in SinterCast. If all of the warrants are exercised,
the total number of shares will increase to 6,941,124 Shares.
