CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel-Strasse 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed in the Prime Standard
of the regulated market and in the DAXplus family segment of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange generated consolidated revenues of approximately EUR3,015
thousand as of August 31, 2010. Against previous this equals a growth of
6.8%.

As of August 31, 2010, the consolidated order backlog decreased by 52.4%
compared to last year. The comparable figure last year was exceptionally
high, as in the first quarter of 2009/2010 several major contracts were in
