Publication according to section 26 para 1 WpHG



1. On 1 September 2010, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London
(UK), has notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting
rights in Asian Bamboo AG has fallen below the threshold 3% of the voting
rights on 26 August 2010 and amounts to 2.66% as of that date (410,338
voting rights).

Thereof, 2.41% (371,984 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section
22 subsection 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and further 0.25% (38,354 voting
rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG.

2. On 1 September 2010, J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc, New York
(USA), has notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting
rights in Asian Bamboo AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 26 August
2010 and amounts to 2.66% as of that date (410,338 voting rights).

Thereof 0.16% (24,992 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and further 2.50% (385,346 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG.

3. On 1 September 2010 JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited, Taipei
(Taiwan), has notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that its
voting rights in Asian Bamboo AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 26
August 2010 and amounts to 2.66% as of that date (410,338 voting rights).

Thereof 0.09% (13,362 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and further 2.57% (396,976 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para 2 WpHG.
