Lithuanian Securities Commission has received a request from Vladimiras Romanovas to approve obligatory tender offer circular

This is to inform that on September 6, 2010 Securities Commission of the
Republic of Lithuania has received a request from Vladimiras Romanovas to
approve obligatory tender offer circular with the intent to buy up the
remaining ordinary registered shares of Ukio Bankas AB.
