Peeter Rumessen has been appointed as the new CFO, as well as the member of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp

Regarding the parental leave of the Chief Financial Officer and the Management
Board member Erle Oolup, the Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided on
6 September 2010 to appoint Peeter Rumessen as the new Chief Financial
Officer, as well as the memeber of the Management Board from 6 September 2010.
Erle Oolup will serve as the Chief Financial Officer and will perform the
duties of the management board member until 31 October 2010. 

From 2006 until 2010, Peeter Rumessen served as the Financial Director of Loksa
Shipyard AS, where from 1 May 2007 he also performed the duties of the
management board member. Rumessen has previously served as the Financial
Director of Domina Hotels Group in Egypt and in TD Baltic AS (formerly Computer
2000 Eesti AS). 

Peeter Rumessen does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
