Missing publication of company announcement by leak
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Vestas Wind Systems A/S, because
Vestas did not publish an announcement on the negotiations with a customer about
an order in the US as soon as possible after the information was available in
the market cf. 3.1.4 in Rules for issuers of shares.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the
exchange has decided to publish decisions made by the exchange concerning a
reprimand or a fine with the identity of the issuer. This is stated in Rules for
issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
