On September 9, 2010, BNP Paribas SA (parent company of Fortis Bank SA/NV),
Paris, France, informed us - following the information by Fortis Bank SA/NV
dated August 23, 2010 - in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

'We hereby give notice that our voting interest in KUKA AG fall below the
threshold of 3% on March 15, 2010 and amounts to 0.00% (0 voting rights) on
that day.'





On September 9, 2010, BNP Paribas SA (parent company of Fortis Bank SA/NV),
Paris, France, informed us - following the information by Fortis Bank SA/NV
dated August 23, 2010 - in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

'We hereby give notice that our voting interest in KUKA AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% on April 01, 2008 and amounts to 4.14 % (1,100,000 voting
rights) on that day.

These 4.14% (1,100,00 voting rights) are to be attributed to us pursuant
sec. 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 WpHG from Artemis European Growth
Fund.'
