PANOSTAJA'S CFO VELI OLLILA MOVES TO A NEW POSITION                             

Panostaja Oyj's CFO Veli Ollila has given notice of resignation today. He will  
end up his duties by the end of November and take a position of Managing        
Director in ThermiSol Panels. “We wish Veli success in his new challenges while 
returning to CRH Group. We also would like to thank Veli for his excellent input
in developing Panostaja Group”, says Panostaja's CEO Juha Sarsama.
