September 2010 Company announcement no. 23/2010 Announcement of significant position Greentech Energy Systems A/S (GES) has today been informed as follows by GWM Renewable Energy S.p.A. “In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we today have acquired an additional shareholding of 2,101,500 shares in GES. Following the acquisition we hold a total of 9,012,693, equivalent to 18.72% of the shares in the company and thus have exceeded the 15% threshold. We have simultaneously herewith reported the transaction to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.” GWM Renewable Energy S.p.A. has as well requested GES to convene an extraordinary general meeting with the agenda to elect a new Board of Directors in GES.
