On 17 September 2010 AB Ukio bankas received a notification from shareholder
Vladimir Romanov about acquisition of voting rights (see attachment). The
declared limit reached - 50 percent (at the LTL 295 824 000 share capital of
the Bank). The reason for overstepping the limit - purchase of shares of the
new issue according the resolution of AB Ukio bankas ordinary general
shareholders' meeting held on 26 March 2010.
