KIF Håndbold Elite A/S - still on the observation list followed by a delisting
from First North 

KIF Håndbold Elite A/S was transferred to the observation list as per 26
February 2010 due to the fact that the company has lost more than half of the
share capital.

Further, KIF Håndbold Elite does not meet the listing requirements in order to
be listed on First North as companies listed on First North shall pay a fee to
First North in order to be admitted to trading. 

Since KIF Håndbold Elite has substantially breached its obligations to First
North by - in spite of repeated reminders - not paying the quarterly fees, the
NASDAQ OMX in accordance with First North Rulebook section. 7.2.2, has
initiated a process to remove the company from trading on First North. The
company's shares will be transferred to the observation list until deletion
takes place. 

The company is expected to be removed from trading on First North, as per 22
October 2010. Thus, the last day of trading shares in KIF Håndbold Elite on
First North will be 21 October 2010. Deletion will take effect unless KIF
Håndbold Elite previously pay the outstanding amount to First North.
