according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Cybits Holding AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007240004, WKN: 724000, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 15, 2010 and on that day amounted to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

On September 20, 2010, Ms Marita Lampatz, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights in Cybits Holding AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007240004, WKN: 724000, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 15, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.76% (this corresponds
to 384046 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.76% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 384046 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Ms Lampatz. The Voting Rights attributed to her are held via
the following companies controlled by her: Lampatz Holding
Verwaltungs-GmbH, Lampatz Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Deranto Investment
Verwaltungs-GmbH and  Deranto Investment GmbH & Co. KG., whos Voting Rights
in Cybits Holding AG are 3% or more.
