On January 3, 2008 between JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” and JSC “DnB NORD Banka” there was a credit-line agreement concluded for an amount of EUR 2 490 000. The company informed participants of financial instruments market and investors about it on January 10, 2008. In September 2010, JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca" signed with JSC “Citadele banka” a credit agreement for an amount of EUR 2 300 000 for restructuring/recrediting of debt obligations arising from the above mentioned credit-line agreement with more favorable terms on a five-year term.
